Coverage    All VELO products are covered by a 2-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) required.

Policy	From the day you receive your saddle, you have 14 calendar days to decide. Don't like it? Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving the product. Return eligibility, return shipping costs and refund conditions are described in our Return Policy.
