Shipping Rates

Orders of €50 or more qualify for free shipping.
For orders below €50, shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Product prices include tax.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 p.m. Berlin time. Orders placed after this time, on weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated transit time is 3–6 business days.

Including order processing, the estimated total delivery time is 5–8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Public holidays, carrier disruptions or other unexpected delays may affect delivery.
